Cancellation Policy
We totally understand that things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24 hours are subject to a 50% service fee.
No-Show / No-Call Policy
If a scheduled guest does not arrive for their appointment and no notice is given, it will be treated as a no-show/no-call. In these cases, the guest will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total, plus a 20% commission/gratuity fee.
